How do I change or cancel my order? We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Easy Returns Policy.
What payment methods do you accept? We offer several payment options for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also accept PayPal. In our Factory Store we also accept cash.
How can I track my package? Please log into the carrier site and enter the tracking number we sent you.
I forgot to use my discount code. Now what? We understand that these things can happen. The good news is that you can use your code for your next order. Orders that have been placed cannot be changed.
What if my credit card is declined? If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase.
I didn't receive a confirmation email. Now what? If you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours of placing your order please check your Spam folder, alternatively the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.
